OPINION & ORDER re: 68 MOTION for Judgment . filed by Jerry Guo, Casa Systems, Inc., Jim Collier, Alfred de Cardenas, Lucy Xie. Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is denied. The Court grants Defendants leave to file an amended Answer within 30 days of this Opinion and Order that includes, as an affirmative defense, the release of Plaintiff's claims against certain Defendants in Casa's Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
