The Pro Se plaintiff is directed to complete the attached blank summons form for named defendant "Boyle Legal, LLC" and send it to the Court for issuance within 7 days of this notice. DEFICIENCY 2: The pro se plaintiff has submitted proposed summonses for "Colle Rose Smith", "Bank of America", "LOGS Legal Group", and "John DiCaro". These do not match any of the defendants' names as the appear in the 17 Amended Complaint. The pro se plaintiff is directed to complete the attached blank proposed summons forms and name the defendants EXACTLY as they appear in the 17 Amended Complaint and send them to the Court for issuance within 7 days of this notice. Please note that the four defendants that were misnamed on the proposed summonses appear in the 17 Amended Complaint as follows: "Colleen Rose Smith", "Bank of America, N.A.", "LOGS Legal Group LLP", and "John DeCaro".
