Order Dismissing Case
ORDER. In as much as the United States of America and the State of New York have intervened in part and declined to intervene in part of this action pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b)(2) and (4), it is hereby ORDERED that (1.) all documents in this action be unsealed except for the documents associated with following docket entries: 4, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19, 21 and 22; (2.) the seal is lifted on all matters occurring in this action after this Order is entered; (3.) the United States shall provide a copy of this Order to all parties; (4.) after the United States and the State of New York received the required payments pursuant to the terms of the federal and state settlement agreements, the parties shall promptly file a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(l) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and(5.) this case can be closed.
