TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Third-Party Defendants Ameream LLC and Ameream Management, LLC's ("Ameream") letter dated June 23, 2026 at Dkt. No. 197 . First, the Court's Order to Show Cause at Dkt No. 189 is VACATED; therefore, the in-person hearing on June 26, 2026 is CANCELED. No later than July 9, 2026, Chromalox and Ameream shall submit one joint letter including their positions on the search of the three individuals' WhatsApp accounts. The parties' positions shall be supported by relevant caselaw addressing searches of WhatsApp accounts or similar platforms for the Court's consideration. Chromalox shall submit its portion of the letter to Ameream by July 2, 2026 and Ameream shall file the joint letter by July 9, 2026.
