ORDER: On April 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm, the court will hold a virtual pre-motion conference regarding the parties' disputes as to the supplementation of the expert reports of Connor/ Adamson and McGinnis. Insofar as Suffolk requests a Rule 16 conference at this time, the request is denied. The court will set a Rule 16 conference when the court determines the time is appropriate. At the conference, the court will also hear oral argument on two pending motions: Suffolk's Motion to Exclude Opinions Offered by Dow Expert Michael B. Malloy, and Suffolk's Motion to Exclude Opinions Offered by Dow Expert Steven McGinnis. All pending motions for leave to file documents under seal are respectfully referred to Judge Cho.
