The Court grants the parties' request. The Court will set, if necessary, pretrial and trial dates after the conclusion of the parties' mediation. No later than October 5, 2026, the parties shall provide to the Court a joint status report concerning the outcome of the mediation, and if the matter has not resolved, proposed final pretrial and trial dates, and any other issues to be addressed by the Court.
