TEXT ORDER: The parties have filed a letter informing the Court that the New Jersey Supreme Court has rendered a decision in Diana v. LVNV Funding LLC. See ECF 47 . The stay at ECF 44 is therefore lifted. The motions to dismiss at ECF 22 and ECF 23 shall be restored to the Court's active docket. The motions are set for October 5. The Defendants shall file a supplemental brief addressing Diana on or before August 14.
