All previously set deadlines and dates are hereby VACATED. No later than May 25, 2026, the parties shall file either (1) a Stipulation of Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); (2) a Stipulation for an Order of Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2); or (3) a motion to reopen. Failure to comply with this Order will result in this action being deemed dismissed as of May 26, 2026.
