MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: For the reasons stated in the attached Order, the Court appoints Robert Porter and Christopher Crawford as Independent Experts. The Daubert hearing is scheduled for March 10 and 11, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1925. As stated in the attached Order, disclosures of any conflicts/non-conflict matters shall be filed on the docket by 10/12/26. By way of its own disclosure, Robert Porter is an economics professor at Northwestern University. The assigned judge is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and his spouse is an attorney in the General Counsel's Office at Northwestern University. Neither the assigned judge nor his spouse has had any previous contact with Mr. Porter. Mr. Porter is also conducting this assignment in his independent capacity and not in his role as a Northwestern employee.
