Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply
ORAL ORDER: The Court, having reviewed Defendant’s motion for extension of time to file response/reply (“Motion”), (D.I. 27 ), hereby ORDERS as follows: (1) By no later than July 20, 2026, Plaintiff shall serve on Defendant the sealed exhibits in support of the answering brief, (D.I. 25 ), and file a new certificate of service indicating the documents served and how service was made, in accordance with Rule 5.2(b)(2) of the Local Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.; and (2) No later than 10 days from the filing of the certificate of service, Defendant shall file a reply brief to the pending motion to dismiss, (D.I. 20 ).
