ORDER. Plaintiff has submitted proof that Defendant was served with the complaint and summons on May 14, 2026. Accordingly, Defendant's response to the complaint was due twenty-one days later, on June 4, 2026. ECF No. 15 ; Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(A)(i). To date, Defendant has not appeared or responded to the complaint. By June 24, 2026, Defendant shall file a response to the complaint and a motion for extension of time nunc pro tunc explaining why it failed to timely respond to the complaint. If Defendant fails to comply with this order, Plaintiff shall file a motion for default entry pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(a) by July 1, 2026.Plaintiff shall send a copy of this order to Defendant at its last known address by June 19, 2026, and file a notice of compliance with this order by June 22, 2026.
