IT IS ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. With the full agreement of the parties and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(3), the Court will refer this matter to Magistrate Judge Nancy Joseph for mediation. Judge Joseph is assigned to conduct mediation proceedings in this case, the particular procedures for which shall be within her discretion. Any pending hearings before Judge Adelman shall be vacated and this case shall be returned to him following the mediation effort for further action consistent with the result. (cc: all counsel)(amh)
