Discovery Hearing
MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic discovery hearing held regarding the scope of the court's previous order on implied waiver and its effect on upcoming depositions. As discussed on the record, the parties shall submit the following supplemental materials: (1) citations to additional authority supporting their positions, with the option to include up to a three-sentence commentary for each citation; and (2) the proposed scope of deposition questioning described through either a bulleted list or proposed language for a court order. The supplemental materials are due September 2, 2026. The parties shall also confer and coordinate with the courtroom deputy regarding the scheduling of depositions to ensure the court's availability to resolve any issues that may arise while they are conducted.
