Order on Motion to Enforce Judgment Order on Motion to Vacate
ENDORSED ORDER denying Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Payment of Bill of Costs Taxed by Clerk (Doc. # 632). As the Court explained in its November 19, 2021 order denying Plaintiff's prior motion for the same relief (Doc. # 622) and in its October 30, 2025 order striking Plaintiff's improper application for a writ of execution (Doc. # 631), Plaintiff is not entitled to recover the costs taxed by the Clerk as the Court has since vacated the original judgment in favor of Plaintiff and entered an amended judgment in favor of Defendant University of South Florida Board of Trustees, which was affirmed by the Eleventh Circuit. Signed by Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington on 10/31/2025. (MEG)
