TEXT ORDER: On August 20, 2026, this Court issued a Text Order directing Plaintiff to file a Status Report on or before 9/3/2026 as to how they wish to proceed as to Defendant Mari J. Atkinson (see Dkt. No. 21 ). On August 31, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Stipulation of Dismissal which addresses Defendant County of Oswego (see Dkt. Nos. 22 and 23 ). Plaintiff is to file either a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal as to Defendant Mari J. Atkinson or in the alternative, a Status Report as to how they intend to proceed against Defendant Atkinson, on or before 9/15/2026. SO ORDERED by U.S. Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz on 9/11/2026.
