Order in Response to Letter/Request/E-mail
(Text-Only) ORDER. Plaintiff has filed a Certificate of Service 68 indicating he served a Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint on defense counsel via U.S. Mail. Because defense counsel receives service via CM/ECF, service on defense counsel is deemed complete upon Plaintiff's filing of papers on the Court's CM/ECF system. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2)(E). If Mr. Diby served defense counsel with his Motion to Alter/Amend/Supplement Pleadings 64 , the Court notes that document has been stricken for repeated failure to comply with Court rules 67 . The Court strongly encourages Mr. Diby to familiarize himself with the Rules of Civil Procedure and this Court's local rules. Guidance can be found on the District of Minnesota's Court website, www.mnd.uscourts.gov, under the "Representing Yourself" tab. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Douglas L. Micko on 6/10/2026. (CRD)
