TEXT ORDER granting 55 Motion For Court-Appointed Receiver to retain Counsel and an Assistant. Receiver may retain the professionals identified in his declaration to assist him in the performance of his Court-prescribed duties in connection with the management of the Entity Defendants' financial affairs. The Court approves the reasonable fee payable to Ms. Snowberger. However, the fees payable to the law firm Harter Secrest & Emery ("Counsel") shall be subject to a reasonableness review by the Court prior to payment by Receiver. Each month, Receiver shall submit a detailed report of any work performed by Counsel for that month, including the time spent on each task and the fee due for that task. The Court may, in its reasonable discretion, strike any fee, or portion of fee, that it considers unreasonable or excessive prior to approving payment therefor. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Frank P.
