PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Answer, Move, or Otherwise Plead. 40 . Therein, Defendant seeks an extension of thirty-one (31) days to respond to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (ECF No. 29) because the Parties have scheduled mediation for September 25, 2026 and Defendant "would like to dedicate its time and resources towards seeking a potential resolution of the matter" and "if the Parties' mediation is successful, it would moot the need for [Defendant] to prepare a responsive pleading at all." See (ECF No. 40) at 2. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 40 is GRANTED.
