PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Second Amended and Supplemental Complaint (DE 167 ) ("Motion"). Upon review of the Motion, the Court notes that the Certificate of Conferral is insufficient as it does not include Defendants' position on the Motion. See (id. at 5). Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that by noon on August 24, 2026, Defendants shall file a notice informing the Court of their position regarding Plaintiffs' Motion.
