After discussion, a trial was set before Judge Edwards on September 27, 2027, and a pre-trial conference was set before Judge Edwards via zoom on September 2, 2027, a 9:00 a.m. Ms. Bargas has a conflict with the pre-trial conference date, but she was instructed to file a motion to re-set the pre-trial conference or to enroll co-counsel closer to that time.
