In the event the Court denies the Motion to Transfer Venue, the parties are DIRECTED to confer and attempt to reach an agreement as to whether the discovery period needs to be re-opened and if so, to present a Consent Order to the Court providing for such action as well as a schedule for the filing of dispositive motions, responses, and replies.
