Plaintiff and counsel for Plaintiff are ORDERED to appear in person, although if Plaintiff obtains substitute counsel who enters an appearance prior to then, Plaintiff and all of Plaintiffs counsel may appear telephonically. By 10/12/2026, the parties are ORDERED to file a Joint Status Report indicating the status of discovery and settlement discussions to date. The Court will discuss the status of discovery after the hearing on the motion. As stated in the Courts prior orders [33, 37] the Court will not grant any extension of the discovery deadline absent extraordinary reasons which would not include the withdrawal of Plaintiffs counsel at this late juncture.
