TEXT ORDER: According to the parties' update submitted on July 8, 2026, all discovery deadlines have been met with the exception of Defendant's obligation to produce samples due to unforeseen customs-related delays about which the parties are meeting and conferring. The parties are also meeting and conferring regarding Defendants' production of ANDA Product research and development documents. The parties are directed to continue to meet and confer in good faith regarding their discovery obligations and any issues that arise in an effort to resolve same without court intervention. To the extent the parties are unable to fully resolve an issue, they are directed to submit a joint letter brief regarding same to the Court. Otherwise, in advance of the telephone status conference already set to take place on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the parties shall submit a joint status update by September 18, 2026.
