TEXT ORDER: Having received the parties' joint letter providing an update on their continuing mediation and their request for a settlement conference, the Court will conduct an in-person settlement conference on September 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. All counsel shall report to the Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th & Cooper Streets, Courtroom 5C, Camden, New Jersey 08101. Confidential settlement memoranda consisting of no more than five pages, including exhibits, should be submitted on an ex parte basis to the Court at least three (3) business days before the conference by email to njdnef_pascal@njd.uscourts.gov.
