Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
TEXT ORDER-- The Court has reviewed the parties' September 3, 2026 joint status letter advising that, despite this Court's order three months ago on May 29, 2026 setting a much-extended deadline for fact discovery of September 4, 2026 and explicitly stating that "THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS" in this four-year-old case (ECF No. 85 ), depositions are still not completed and requesting a 30-day extension. (ECF No. 90 ). This is unacceptable. By September 11, 2026, the parties shall submit a schedule for any remaining depositions, including the deponent's name, and the date and time of the deposition, which the Court will then so-order. The request to adjourn the settlement conference on September 22, 2026 is DENIED. The parties and counsel shall appear as scheduled. The parties should use their best efforts to complete any remaining depositions prior to the September 22, 2026 settlement conference. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 9/9/2026.
