ORDER DENYING REQUEST FOR PRE-MOTION CONFERENCE: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's 15 letter requesting a pre-motion conference ("PMC") in anticipation of a motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint, as well as Plaintiff's 16 letter opposing a PMC as premature in light of Plaintiff's 5 pending motion to remand to state court. The Court agrees that a PMC and/or motion to dismiss briefing is premature at this time and accordingly denies the PMC request. Defendant may renew its PMC request after the Court rules on Plaintiff's 5 motion to remand. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 8/6/2026. (MBH)
