TEXT ORDER-- The Court has reviewed Defendants' September 9, 2026 letter, wherein Defendants report that Plaintiff has failed to provide initial disclosures, certified answers to interrogatories and supplemental interrogatories, responses to a notice to produce documents, or executed medical authorizations. (ECF No. 21 ). This is unacceptable. The fact discovery deadline lapsed on August 31, 2026. (ECF No. 16 ). Plaintiff is DIRECTED to do both of the following by September 17, 2026: (1) provide the requested discovery to Defendants; and (2) meet-and-confer with Defendants (meaning in person or by speaking, and not simply by email or text) to schedule a firm date before September 30, 2026 for Plaintiff to be deposed, and then file a letter setting forth the deposition date for the Court to so order. This matter will be addressed during the September 25, 2026 video status conference. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 9/15/2026. (JB)
