ORDER granting 52 Joint Letter Motion for Extension of Time of Pretrial Deadlines and Trial Schedule addressed to Judge Lewis J. Liman from John P. Guyette dated September 9, 2026 filed by Immunovant, Inc. The Court vacates the previously set pretrial deadlines at Dkt. No. 37, including the ready for trial date. Parties are to submit a joint pretrial order, requests to charge, proposed voir dire, and motions in limine within 30 days of any decision on the motion for summary judgment that would permit the case to go forward. The deadline to oppose any motions in limine and to respond to requests to charge and proposed voir dire will then be due a week thereafter.
