Text Only Scheduling Notice
(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Defendants' counsel, Ada Dolph, filed a request to appear remotely at the July 31 status conference because she resides out of state and has a scheduling conflict. As stated in the Court's Standing Order for Civil Cases, only one attorney for each party may be designated as lead counsel, and lead counsel must attend all proceedings set by this Court and must be prepared to address and resolve all matters within the scope of the proceeding. Defendants have designated Ryan Tikker as lead counsel, and he is expected to appear in person at the July 31 conference. The request for a remote appearance is denied. Counsel are advised that the location of counsel's office generally does not constitute good cause to appear remotely. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (lfa) TEXT ONLY ENTRY
