Attorney Fees
ORDER by Judge David O. Carter: Granting 42 Plaintiff's MOTION for Award of Attorney Fees, Expense Reimbursement, and Service Award to the Representative Plaintiff. Class counsel are hereby awarded attorneys fees in the amount of 30% of the Settlement Fund and $10,092.37 in reimbursement of litigation expenses (which fees and expenses shall be paid from the Settlement Fund), sums which the Court finds to be fair and reasonable under Ninth Circuit standards and all relevant factors.
