In its Response, 3M argues that Plaintiff "may be completely barred from all Delgado claims under Salazar v. Torres, 2007-NMSC-019, 158 P.3d 449[,]" id. at 18, and requests discovery on the issue, id. It is HEREBY ORDERED that on or before July 17, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a Reply limited to 3M's argument that Plaintiff "may be completely barred from all Delgado claims under Salazar v. Torres, 2007-NMSC-019, 158 P.3d 449." Id. at 18.
