   EO: On September 15, 2026, Plaintiff filed a 7 Motion for Leave to File Electronically and for Exemption from PACER Fees ("Motion"). For good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the 7 Motion. In addition to complying with e-filing requirements, Plaintiff must also comply with mandatory chambers copies requirements as set forth in Rule 10.3 of the Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii ("Local Rules").

   The Court reminds Plaintiff that, pursuant to Local Rule 81.1, pro se litigants must "abide by all local, federal, and other applicable rules and/or statutes." LR81.1(a). "Sanctions, including but not limited to... dismissal with prejudice, may be imposed for failure to comply with the Local Rules." Id.
