For the reasons stated on the record, the parties' Joint Proposed Scheduling Order (DE 12 ) is APPROVED as follows: (1) preliminary discovery by 11/9/2026; (2) fact discovery by 5/14/2027; (3) Plaintiffs initial expert disclosures by 6/11/2027; (4) Defendants expert disclosures by 7/9/2027; (5) rebuttal expert disclosures by 7/23/2027; and (6) completion of expert discovery by 8/13/2027.
Additionally, any motion to amend the pleadings to add claims or join additional parties must be filed by 11/9/2026. Any such motion filed on or after 11/10/2026 will be denied absent a showing of good cause under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4). See Sacerdote v. New York University, 9 F. 4th 95, 115 (2d Cir. 2021).
The parties shall submit a joint status report by 10/16/2026.
Per DE 12 , the parties indicate that they consent to the jurisdiction of the undersigned for all purposes. Accordingly, the parties shall file an executed Magistrate Jurisdiction Consent Form by 9/18/2026.
