MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 8/11/2026.
Before the Court is the Motion to Withdraw as Attorney, which was filed by defense counsel on July 24, 2026. ECF No. 109 . No response to this Motion was received by the Court. Under Local Rule 7-2(d) the Court may treat the failure to respond to this Motion as consent to grant the Motion.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Attorney (ECF No. 109 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Live Ventures Incorporated is advised that, as a business entity, it can only appear in federal court through counsel. Rowland v. California Men's Colony, 506 U.S. 194, 20102 (1993) (It has been the law for the better part of two centuries... that a corporation may appear in the federal courts only through licensed counsel.).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defense counsel who filed the Motion to Withdraw must provide a copy of this Minute Order to each defendant previously represented.
