ORDER - Considering the two foregoing Motions to Modify Scheduling Order (Rec. Docs. 522, 523), one filed by Defendants Eagle, Inc., Pennsylvania Insurance Company, and Sparta Insurance Company, and the other filed by Plaintiffs, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motions are DENIED, without prejudice. The Court notes that the parties have requested ten (10) days for the trial in this matter, and the Court reserves its decision concerning trial time, and how the time will be allocated among the parties, until closer to the trial date, which is scheduled for January 19, 2027.
