Minute entry for status conference held on May 27, 2026, before Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Hanna. Present were Attorneys John Goetz and Michael Ellis for Plaintiff Lynx Services, LLC; Attorney Jeffrey Wakolbinger for Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; and Attorneys Janaki Nair, John Taladay, Julie Albert, and Richard Harper for Defendant Safelite Group, Inc. The parties and the Court discussed the 61 Joint Mediation Status Report and case management. For reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff may move for leave to amend its complaint on or before June 26, 2026. Based on Defendants' objections--or lack thereof--to Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend, the Court will establish Defendants' deadline to respond to Plaintiff's complaint via a separate order.
