By no later than September 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., the parties SHALL lodge with the Court a joint statement, no longer than seven pages total, describing (i) the sampling protocol agreed to by the parties, (ii) the information produced to date pursuant to that protocol, (iii) the information that remains outstanding, if any, and (iv) the parties' respective positions concerning the dispute raised by Plaintiff (with each side limited to two pages).
