ORDER granting 20 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. In light of counsel's continued representation that the parties are engaged in settlement discussions, the discovery schedule is EXTENDED as follows: Fact discovery shall be completed by September 25, 2026. Expert discovery shall be completed by December 18, 2026. Any party seeking to make a dispositive motion shall initiate that process, consistent with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge, on or before January 29, 2027.
