ORDER GRANTING LEAD PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF CLASS SETTLEMENT FUND 75 Motion to Authorize. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: The proposed final Plan of Distribution recommended by the Court-appointed claims administration firm in this matter, Quality Assurance Manager of Strategic Claims Services ("SCS") and set forth in the Declaration of Justine Bravata in Support of Motion for Distribution of the Net Settlement Fund (the "Bravata Dec." or "Bravata Declaration"), is approved as fair and reasonable; Any claims received by SCS after March 24, 2021, and any responses to deficiency and/or rejection notices received by SCS after March 24, 2021, are, and shall be, rejected; The payments distributed to the accepted claimants shall bear the notation "CASH PROMPTLY, VOID AND SUBJECT TO REDISTRIBUTION IF NOT CASED 120 DAYSAFTER ISSUE DATE." Lead Counsel and SCS are authorized to take appropriate actions to locate and/or contact any eligible claimant who has not cashed his, her, or its distribution within the said time; as further set forth in this Order.
