MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: The DAPs' motion to set a trial date 1847 is denied without prejudice. This motion can be raised once all the summary judgment motions have been ruled upon, likely by Fall 2026. At present, it is unknown how many of the defendants will remain in this case, but once summary judgment has been decided, all parties will know what the makeup of the trial will look like, and the parties and the Court can block off the appropriate time for that trial. The CIIPs are also waiting for a trial to be scheduled, and the Court must make decisions about who goes next with this additional class in mind.
