The Court VACATES its 118 previous order and now GRANTS the Motion. The September 8, 2026, status conference hearing is CANCELED and shall now proceed as a Settlement Conference to be conducted by the Court, with the assistance of the Mediator, on September 22, 2026, the date requested in the Motion, starting at 10:30 AM. This Settlement Conference will be conducted in person. The Court ORDERS attendance by the following attorneys: Stephen E. Fox, Alison Gilliland, LeDouglas Johnson, and Chad C. Butterfield. Further, the Court ORDERS the following corporate representatives to attend: Sharon Johnson of MODE Global, LLC, and Johnny Bradley of JNK Enterprises, LLC.
