ORDER: To assist the Court in calculating a final award for the Judgment, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT, on or before Tuesday, August 18, 2026, Mountain V SHALL FILE a supplement to the motion (D.E. 1121 ) that provides a proper accounting of the prejudgment interest to be awarded (and any costs). The Court will construe a failure to make this filing as a waiver of pre-judgment interest and costs. The Court enters this Order on a non-dispositive pretrial matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(a).
