ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment and Declaratory Judgment (DE 28 ) is GRANTED. Default judgment is entered against Defendants April J. Huggins and Randy Meyers, and declaratory judgment is entered in favor of Dairyland and against the remaining Defendants as follows: 1. Personal Auto Policy No. 11410394879 is reformed to reflect a lapse in coverage beginning August 28, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. local time, with coverage resuming at 3:12 p.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2025. 2. As between the parties bound by this judgment, the Policy affords no liability coverage for claims against Huggins arising from the September 1, 2025 automobile accident at issue in this action. 3. Dairyland owes April J. Huggins no duty under the Policy to defend or indemnify her with respect to claims arising from that accident that are adjudicated by this action. 4. This declaration binds only Dairyland, April J. Huggins, Randy Meyers, Connie L. Hatfield, and Lenard J. Hatfield. It does not bind SCDOT, MPD Electric Cooperative, Inc., or any other nonparty, and it does not adjudicate the Hatfields' reserved rights to pursue uninsured-motorist coverage under their own policies. This Order resolves all remaining claims among all remaining parties. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter a separate final judgment under Rule 58 consistent with this Order and to close the case.
