Plaintiffs shall file a reply to the motion and any opposition to the joint motion to dismiss by September 17, 2026. Defendants shall file any reply to the joint motion to dismiss by September 29, 2026. The seven (7) day deadline to file a motion for leave to file an amicus brief as set forth in NDNY Local Rule 7.2(c) is extended to ten (10) days. SO ORDERED by U.S. District Judge Anne M.
