TEXT ORDER that the Court has reviewed the pending motions in this matter. Given the Court's Order 22 granting Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, Plaintiff's motions 10 and 19 seeking to expedite review are hereby DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff's Motion for Recusal 2 requesting "an Order recusing any judge previously involved in related proceedings arising from the same operative facts" is likewise DENIED AS MOOT insofar as the undersigned has had no prior involvement in this matter.
