ORAL ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall engage in a good-faith, in-person mediation with the Honorable Judge Gregory Sleet (retired) (who is at JAMS) or some other jointly-agreed private mediator, and file a joint statement with the Court on or before May 18, 2026. Delaware counsel for the parties are required to participate in the mediation. The joint statement is to include the identification of the mediator, the lead counsel and Delaware counsel for each party at the mediation, the length of the mediation, and the certification of the lead mediation counsel and Delaware counsel for each party that they have engaged in the mediation efforts in good faith. If the Parties have not reached agreement and they anticipate any further efforts by the mediator at the time of the submission of the joint statement, they should so advise. The joint statement should not disclose the substance of any offers, counteroffers, or other negotiations. The parties shall split the costs of the mediation. ORDERED by Judge Gregory B.
