Upon consideration of Title 28 U.S.C. § 144, the Court finds Plaintiff has not adhered to correct procedure nor established a basis upon which recusal is warranted. Additionally, Plaintiff has not presented: (1) any newly discovered evidence; (2) an intervening development or change in controlling law; or (3) a need to correct a clear error of law or fact.
