MINUTES for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Kayla D McClusky: SCHEDULING CONFERENCE held on 4/25/2024. Present were Charles Tabor, counsel for Plaintiff; Lee Carr, counsel for Defendant Trinity Operating (USG) LLC; Charles Foret, counsel for Defendant New Tech Global Ventures, LLC; and Michael Barras, counsel for Workrise Technologies, Inc. Defendants New Tech and Workrise were recently added to the case, and, though the case has been pending for some time, it is in effect a new case from their perspective. Additionally, there have been on-going discovery disputes between Plaintiff and Trinity. The undersigned notified counsel that a ruling on the current motion to compel will issue today. Additionally, the undersigned will issue a rulng on the remaining motion shortly. After discussion, a trial was set before Judge S. Maurice Hicks, Jr., on March 31, 2025, at the Tom Stagg United States Courthouse, 300 Fannin Street, Shreveport, Louisiana, and a pre-trial conference was set before Judge Hicks on February 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduling order will issue separately.
