MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Under Seal 348 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. Given the strong presumption in favor of public access to judicial records, see, e.g., Nixon v. Warner Commc'ns, Inc., 435 U.S. 589, 597 (1978) ("It is clear that the courts of this country recognize a general right to inspect and copy public records and documents, including judicial records and documents."), and the ease with which confidential information may be redacted from documents before they are filed publicly, it is further ORDERED that Defendant shall file a redacted version of its sealed document on the public record no later than May 29, 2024.
