STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITII PREJUDICE OF PLAINTIFFS' CLAIMS AGAINST DEFENDANTS DENTONS SIROTE, PC AND HOWARD NEISWENDER, by and between the undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs, Ariel E. Belen, as Temporary Co-Trustee of the Trust created by Harold Herman dated March 1, 1990, and as Temporary Trustee of the Trust created by Rosemarie Herman dated November 27, 1991, and Rosemarie Herman, as Co-Trustee of the Trust created by Harold Herman dated March 1, 1990 ("Plaintiffs"), defendants Dentons Sirote, PC ("Sirote"), and Howard Neiswender ("Neiswender" and, together with Sirote, the "Sirote Pruties"), as follows: 1. Following mediation, Plaintiffs and the Sirote Parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement (the "Confidential Settlement Agreement"), fully and finally settling all claims that have been, or could have been, asserted as between Plaintiffs and the Sirote Parties. 2. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2), in consideration of the mutual promises and releases contained in the Confidential Settlement Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, Plaintiffs hereby dismiss, with prejudice, all claims asserted by Plaintiffs against the Sirote Parties in the above-captioned action. 3. This Stipulation may be executed in counterparts and by means of electronically scanned signatures. (Signed by Judge Alvin K.
